Chef de Ligne de Production – Sfax

About the role

MSGI, a leading Tunisian industrial group specialized in metal construction and galvanisation, is looking for four on‑site leaders to manage its production lines at the Sfax plant (Route de Tunis km 22, El Ghraba). The role is responsible for ensuring smooth, on‑time production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and close manufacturing orders, ensuring cadence and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with planning and the central workshop manager to set cutting and assembly deadlines and anticipate bottlenecks.
• Lead a team of 5‑15 operators, assigning tasks, fostering versatility and overseeing daily activities.
• Enforce HSE safety instructions and supervise first‑level preventive maintenance.
• Prepare daily production reports and track weekly performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising a production line or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage a small to medium sized workforce and drive teamwork.
• Strong organisational skills to handle scheduling, reporting and quality control.
• Commitment to safety (HSE) and preventive maintenance practices.
