About the role
The Credit Officer will work in the Gafsa branch of DAAM, a micro‑finance institution, acting as a field sales representative to prospect and acquire new micro‑entrepreneur clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of credit lines and achieve sales targets.
- Provide high‑quality customer service at all times.
- Assess loan applications and formulate well‑argued recommendations.
- Implement effective collection practices to keep delinquency within acceptable limits.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet prospective clients.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or Economics.
- Minimum three years experience in credit, preferably in micro‑finance or insurance file management.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
- Results‑driven mindset, analytical thinking and good time‑management.
- Excellent oral and written French.
