About the role
A recruiter is looking for a BI Reporting Developer for a freelance opportunity with a global end client. The role covers the end-to-end development, implementation and optimisation of BI reporting solutions that support data-driven decisions across the organisation. It is remote, starts as soon as possible, and runs on a 12-month initial contract with long-term extensions likely.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant professional experience in business intelligence, data engineering or software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or a related field.
- Fluent English; French is highly beneficial.
Required skills
- Advanced expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics (Reporting, Framework Manager and Transformer).
- Practical experience with Talend ETL tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
