Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to deliver top‑notch support across voice, chat, and email channels. You will be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat, and email inquiries with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Personalise interactions to understand and meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
