About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Barista position is based in Sidi Bou Said. You will prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks and a selection of food items following Ben Rahim’s recipes and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate coffee machines and related equipment to craft beverages.
- Prepare food items, ensuring safe handling and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and bar area.
- Welcome guests, take orders, process payments and answer menu questions.
- Restock supplies and support teammates during busy periods.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage peak service times.
- Attention to detail, reliability and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic proficiency in Arabic, French or English is an advantage.

- Drink crafting and coffee preparation.
