About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English customer service agent to join our call centre. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in French and English.
- Identify customer needs, gather required information and log interactions in our CRM tools.
- Resolve requests, address complaints and provide accurate follow‑up.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service standards.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, perseverance and strong attention to detail.
