About the role
The company is looking for a Quality Agent to ensure that all products and processes meet the required standards of hygiene and safety. You will work on the farm site, monitoring environmental and production hygiene, and reporting any non‑conformities to the management.
Key responsibilities
- Report all failures related to the quality control system.
- Monitor environmental hygiene and production hygiene (equipment, personnel, processes, packaging, etc.).
- Block any non‑conforming product from further processing.
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards.
- Track conditions of collection, transport, and slaughter of poultry.
- Report non‑conforming products to the livestock manager.
- Prepare reports after control missions and verify compliance with quality procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions following audits.
Required profile
- Holder of a diploma in quality control.
- Strong listening, communication and organizational abilities.
- Dynamic, rigorous and autonomous.
