Accounts Receivable Officer – Immediate Start

About the role

Pharmalys Laboratories is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join its finance team on an immediate basis. The role focuses on managing customer receivables, ensuring timely collections, and supporting internal audit processes to maintain financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor receivables and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Perform monthly reconciliations between SAP records and issued invoices.
• Prepare and distribute customer ledgers promptly.
• Contact clients regarding overdue invoices via phone and email, keeping detailed communication logs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer master data in SAP.
• Assist auditors with documentation and process clarifications.
• Help establish KPIs and dashboards for AR tracking.
• Support the Corporate Financial Controller with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP accounting module).
• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
