About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer payment inquiries, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate financial records while working night shifts on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and payment plans.
- Follow up on billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of accounts, payment status, and related documentation.
- Use CRM tools to log interactions and track resolution progress.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a natural accent.
- Comfortable working night shifts on‑site.
- Previous call‑center experience is a strong advantage.

- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
