XCF Order & Product Operations Specialist

About the role

The XCF Order & Product Operations Specialist supports global order fulfillment by managing product data, monitoring order flow, and ensuring accurate information across web‑based platforms. You will work closely with the New Product team and various Cimpress businesses to keep the MCP system running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor MCP orders, clear import blocks, and resolve rejected orders and “Awaiting Fulfiller Response” statuses.
• Communicate order issues clearly to internal stakeholders across Cimpress.
• Identify and fix disruptions in the inventory feed to MCP.
• Ensure product listings are live, correctly displayed, and accurately set up on websites.
• Track website category placement, search positioning, and customer ratings.
• Maintain product Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across facilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with at least 2 years of experience in order or product operations.
• High school diploma or technical certificate; fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical, customer service, and support teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Oracle and MCP (product and order management software).
• Comfortable working with web‑based programs and data management tools.
