Workday Functional Consultant

About the role

As a Workday Functional Consultant within Regnology’s HR Governance team, you will optimise and enhance the Workday ecosystem to meet evolving business and employee needs. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Workday‑related projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain HR knowledge in Confluence, ensuring documentation is accurate and AI‑ready.
• Coordinate enhancements with the global payroll provider to ensure compliant payroll processes.
• Streamline employee benefits processes and related Workday functionality.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption.
• Track project milestones, risks and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Provide functional support for requirements gathering, business‑process design, testing, issue resolution and ongoing enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience managing HR projects within a Workday environment.
• Experience with change management and cross‑functional project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
