Work Instruction Technician

About the role
The Work Instruction Technician is responsible for creating, updating and standardising work instructions and machine operating modes to ensure safe, efficient and quality‑driven production. The role supports continuous improvement and helps maintain production continuity on the shop‑floor.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update and standardise work instructions and operating procedures.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements.
- Train and support operators on the correct application of instructions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and machine operating modes.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and safety‑aware.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing routings.
