Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures smooth operations of receiving, storage, and production line feeding activities while adhering to Aptiv standards. You will lead both raw material and finished goods warehouses, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate annual/weekly physical inventory for raw materials.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping activities, ensuring quality and efficiency targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and capacity optimization projects.
• Maintain alignment between system and physical inventory using SAP cycle‑count procedures.
• Manage QVC targets and implement corrective action plans.
• Coordinate finished‑goods shipments, define storage methods, and determine equipment needs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Production, and Logistics to handle returns and non‑conformities.
• Oversee waste collection and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including warehouse management.

Required skills

• SAP inventory management.
