UX/UI Designer – Tunis

About the role

Axe Finance is seeking a motivated UX/UI Designer to join its Product Strategy & Innovation team in Tunis. You will design secure, intuitive, and user‑centered digital experiences for the Axe Credit Portal (ACP), a multi‑segment fintech solution used by thousands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design of web and mobile experiences, from research and concept through delivery and iteration.
• Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, accessible design solutions.
• Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent.
• Contribute to the evolution and consistent application of design systems, UI standards, and guidelines across ACP.
• Integrate secure‑by‑design and compliance‑aware principles within regulated environments.
• Participate in usability evaluations and feedback cycles to improve performance and experience quality.
• Engage in design discussions, reviews, and ideation sessions, providing constructive input and rationale.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in digital design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of product or UI/UX design experience, preferably with digital or fintech products.
• Working knowledge of design systems, style guides, and consistent UI standards.
• Familiarity with responsive web design and native mobile design patterns for iOS and Android.
• High attention to detail and creative flair in translating requirements into engaging interfaces.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
