About the role

The company is looking for German‑speaking call centre agents in Sousse to conduct telephone surveys. The role involves contacting customers, asking survey questions in German, and recording responses accurately. Candidates must be dynamic, motivated and show genuine interest.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telephone surveys in German.
  • Follow scripted questionnaires and ensure data quality.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries related to the survey.
  • Meet daily call and quality targets.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone.

Required profile

  • Fluent German (minimum B2, preferably C2).
  • Good communication skills and clear pronunciation.
  • Energetic, motivated and able to work in a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet performance metrics.
