About the role

The position is for a Tele‑advisor specialized in health mutual insurance, working in Outsourcia’s call centre in Tunisia. You will contact prospective customers, present the company’s health insurance products and guide them to suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Active prospecting: identify and call new potential clients using a provided database.
• Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Handle objections and answer client questions with professionalism.
• Provide personalized advice and match customers with the most appropriate health insurance offers.
• Close sales and achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset with strong listening and adaptability.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Previous experience in an insurance contact centre.
