About the role

As a Health Mutual Insurance Tele‑advisor, you will join Outsourcia's call centre in Tunis to promote and sell health insurance products. You will interact with prospective customers, explain benefits, handle objections, and guide them toward the most suitable coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients using a provided database.
• Present health mutual insurance products clearly and persuasively.
• Answer questions, manage objections, and provide accurate information.
• Offer personalized advice and close sales that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to listen actively.
• Rigorous, adaptable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in insurance within a contact‑center environment.
