About the role

SOTEFI SELECTA, a leading Tunisian industrial company producing school notebooks and office supplies, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team in La Soukra, Ariana. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of electromechanical and electronic equipment used in production.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical and electronic systems across the manufacturing line.
• Apply computer‑aided maintenance management (GMAO) tools for planning, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma: BTS or ISET License, or equivalent technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Age between 22 and 25 years.
• Residence in Greater Tunis area.
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance is desired.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency with electronic systems.
• Familiarity with GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools.
