Technical Program Manager – Djerba, Tunisia

About the role

Ouinex is building a next‑generation trading platform that unifies crypto, forex, equities, commodities and indices. The Technical Program Manager will act as the technical bridge between product, engineering and external development partners, ensuring that projects move efficiently from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of the engineering roadmap and coordinate internal and external development teams.
• Plan, monitor and lead sprint planning, weekly delivery meetings and progress tracking.
• Review technical specifications, challenge implementation approaches and ensure alignment with product objectives.
• Coordinate feature validation, QA processes, release planning and post‑release issue resolution.
• Improve engineering workflows, documentation standards and communication across teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in software development and understanding of system architecture, APIs and backend services.
• Proven ability to coordinate developers, QA and infrastructure teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
