Team Leader People Development, Leadership & Culture

About the role

The Team Leader People Development, Leadership & Culture will head the People Development function for the country/site unit of LEONI. Reporting to senior management, you will drive cultural transformation, leadership growth and talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the People Development, Leadership & Culture unit, ensuring achievement of defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all stages of the development cycle and respond to internal requests.
• Set clear objectives, tasks and responsibilities for team members and monitor performance.
• Assess training needs, support professional growth of direct reports and promote knowledge application.
• Design and implement measures to boost team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
• Maintain functional accountability for People Development, Leadership & Culture at country/site level.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English (C1) and French.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in people development, leadership or culture management.
• Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management capabilities.
• Result‑oriented, motivated and resilient.
• Excellent self‑organization and conflict‑management skills.
• Team‑player attitude.
