Supply Chain Coordination Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordination Specialist to join our global logistics team. In this role you will help ensure smooth material and production flows across our worldwide plant and customer network, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chains for raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished goods across a global plant and customer network.
• Participate in logistics projects that guarantee planning for SOP and EOP of carlines.
• Serve as a key contact for cross‑functional and cross‑site logistics topics.
• Monitor and optimise material and process flows, identify bottlenecks, analyse KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Support production planning, change management and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers and external partners worldwide.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement and logistics optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with very good English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, solution‑driven and flexible, with willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
