About the role

The Central Commercial Company "Biwai Shops" is looking for Store Supervisors who will report directly to the Commercial Director. You will oversee daily store operations across multiple locations, ensuring execution of action plans, stock availability, and compliance with cash and counter procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily execution of store action plans, including planning, stockouts, shelf stocking, and counter operations.
• Conduct regular field visits to ten store sites.
• Coordinate and optimize activities across several stores.
• Prepare weekly reports on variances, key performance indicators, and management control.
• Collaborate with store managers, co‑managers, and department heads.
• Follow up on corrective actions after internal audits.
• Ensure commercial targets, cost control, procedural compliance, and high customer experience standards are met.
• Support store managers in continuous performance improvement and act as a liaison between headquarters and stores.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management or commerce.
• Significant experience supervising multiple retail points of sale, preferably in large‑scale distribution or food sector.
• Strong field orientation and results focus.
• Willingness to travel between stores.
• Organizational rigor and leadership abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
