Summer Internship 2026 – STM32CubeProgrammer Validation Intern

About the role

Join STMicroelectronics' software validation team as a Summer Intern in 2026. You will work on the validation of STM32CubeProgrammer tools, contributing to the design and automation of test infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain validation documents such as Product Test Specifications, test strategies, plans and test reports.
• Understand and support the consolidation of validation status and generation of results.
• Design and develop automatic tests leveraging AI technologies.
• Integrate automated tests into the Automatic Validation Platform.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Software or Electronics Engineering.
• Good understanding of embedded software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with STM32 microcontroller architecture and peripheral protocols.
• Solid programming and scripting experience (Python, VBScript, Shell).
• Experience with software configuration management and defect tracking tools (Git, Bugzilla, Gerrit).
• Excellent documentation, writing and reporting skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, be punctual and organized, and collaborate in a team.
