Strategy & Transformation Manager (Assistant Manager)

About the role

KPMG Tunisia is expanding its consulting practice and seeks a Manager (or Assistant Manager) in Strategy and Transformation. You will lead strategic missions, support clients in their growth and transformation journeys, and help shape the firm’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy, transformation and performance‑improvement projects for clients.
• Oversee market studies, benchmarks and strategic analyses.
• Assist senior executives in defining strategic directions.
• Manage project teams, ensure high‑quality deliverables and drive client workshops, steering committees and presentations.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and identifying new opportunities.
• Support ESG, financing and strategic partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or an equivalent role.
• Proven track record in managing missions and client relationships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent project‑management and communication skills.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
