Site Management Controller

About the role

The Site Management Controller supports the site’s financial performance by leading month‑end closing, variance analysis and KPI reporting. The role works closely with management to ensure accurate budgeting, internal controls and compliance with group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in, understand and challenge the monthly closing process.
• Provide variance analysis of monthly results versus budget and prior month across all P&L and activity lines.
• Consolidate weekly financial performance reporting and key performance indicators such as overdue external and internal items and internal control metrics.
• Support the Back on Track action plan and contribute to budget and Medium‑Term Plan (MTP) processes, including guidelines, recharges and standard templates.
• Benchmark and standardise management control tools; perform ad‑hoc analyses as required.
• Propose solutions for inter‑site and inter‑product line issues, including transfer pricing and R&D recharges.
• Conduct on‑site management control reviews and pre‑validate IAR and CAA workflows.
• Ensure deployment of standard tools from Group, Division, Product Group and Product Line within the region.
• Apply the Group Ethics & Compliance programme, adhering to the code of ethics and Valeo policies.

Required profile

• Experience with monthly closing, financial variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting, MTP processes and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to consolidate financial data and produce clear management reports.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills for cross‑site and product line issues.
