Server – Food & Beverage (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our Food & Beverage team in Tunis. In this full‑time position you will ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by delivering food and drinks with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu‑related questions and communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check in with guests throughout the service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and service stations.
• Complete closing duties such as restocking, turning off lights, and securing the dining area.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related server experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Good communication skills and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
