Senior Software QA Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Software QA Engineer you will lead the quality assurance effort for Vneuron’s RegTech solutions. You will design test strategies, build both manual and automated test suites, and ensure that products meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes.
• Design test strategies, test plans, and validation scenarios.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases.
• Lead and mentor QA team members on technical topics.
• Identify, document, and track defects and non‑conformities.
• Review technical and functional specifications.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, business analysts, and delivery teams.
• Produce clear and regular quality and progress reports.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or strong IT background.
• Solid experience in software QA and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
• Good understanding of quality standards, QA processes, and tools.
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
