Senior JD Edwards Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior JD Edwards Analyst to join our team in Sfax, Tunisia. This full‑time, on‑site position will focus on configuring, supporting and maintaining the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment to meet the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules (Financials, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing).
• Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues and implement best‑practice solutions.
• Create and maintain user documentation and deliver end‑user training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
• Support data extraction, reporting and database management tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience with JD Edwards modules such as Financials, SCM or Manufacturing.
• Strong background in system configuration, business process improvement and workflow optimisation.
• Excellent SQL and database management skills, with the ability to analyse data effectively.
• Solid understanding of software testing, troubleshooting and technical documentation.
• Project‑management experience and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and related certifications is advantageous.
