Senior Consolidation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Consolidation Analyst will lead the Group’s consolidation process, ensuring full IFRS compliance and supporting audit and SOX requirements. This role combines technical expertise in consolidation systems with strong analytical and communication abilities to deliver accurate financial statements for a multinational entity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation for 19 entities.
• Review and validate reporting packages received from subsidiaries.
• Prepare IFRS adjustments, including complex transactions such as purchase price allocations, goodwill, and scope changes, with comprehensive documentation.
• Draft consolidated financial statements and IFRS disclosures.
• Prepare audit working papers and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Document and execute SOX key controls related to consolidation.
• Act as Business Owner of the consolidation system, serving as functional administrator.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in consolidation and IFRS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation systems, specifically Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Proven experience supporting audits and ensuring SOX compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
