About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join the commercial team of Leonardo Distribution Centre, a specialist in paint product distribution. Based in Kairouan, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and expanding our market presence across several regions.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit existing customers and work to improve and grow the client portfolio.
  • Prospect new customers and develop new market segments.
  • Coordinate deliveries with your supervisor when required.
  • Prepare a prospecting plan and provide weekly updates on sales activity.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing events.
  • Verify and receive client payments as needed.

Required profile

  • Minimum Bac+2 education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Dynamic, customer‑focused attitude with a commercial mindset.
  • Residence in Kairouan.
