Sales Representative – Paint Products

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join the commercial team of Leonardo Distribution Centre, a specialist in paint product distribution. Based in Kairouan, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and expanding our market presence across several regions.
Key responsibilities
- Visit existing customers and work to improve and grow the client portfolio.
- Prospect new customers and develop new market segments.
- Coordinate deliveries with your supervisor when required.
- Prepare a prospecting plan and provide weekly updates on sales activity.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing events.
- Verify and receive client payments as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac+2 education.
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Dynamic, customer‑focused attitude with a commercial mindset.
- Residence in Kairouan.
