Sales Manager – Medical Device

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a reputable medical device company operating in Tunisia. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the commercial strategy of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to identify new opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Drive product demand through presentations, demonstrations and training sessions.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to successful closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams on commercial initiatives and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market insights and business opportunities.
• Support onboarding and coaching of new team members when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the dental medical devices industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong commercial track record with a history of meeting sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Tunisia.
