Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will act as the primary liaison between Aramex and its customers, driving new and existing revenue streams across assigned geographies. You will combine a value‑based sales approach with deep industry knowledge to create lasting partnerships and meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads in partnership with vertical and field marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships, exploring additional regions and product lines.
• Act as a consultant to understand customers' business objectives and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with solutions groups and account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Network with industry peers and share best practices internally.
• Research market trends, best practices, and emerging sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
