About the role
RoboCare is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its commercial efforts in the precision farming sector. Based in La Médina with hybrid flexibility, you will drive sales strategy, nurture client relationships, and expand market presence for our AI‑powered crop monitoring solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in agriculture and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Oversee sales operations, track performance metrics, and ensure target achievement.
- Represent RoboCare at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to analyse market trends and convert leads into sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
