Sales Executive / Business Developer

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, results‑driven Sales Executive / Business Developer to generate new revenue streams, close deals and expand our client base. The role focuses on enterprise‑level services and requires proactive pursuit of tender opportunities, grants and financing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous sales of enterprise services and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities into long‑term clients.
• Prepare and submit responses to tenders (RFPs/RFQs) and project calls.
• Research, prepare and support applications for grants, funding programmes and public/private financing.
• Develop and maintain multiple revenue channels to meet growth objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor accounts, identify upselling opportunities and follow up on client needs.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or B2B commercial activities.
• Comfortable public speaker representing the organisation at meetings, conferences and media events.
• Professional, personable and able to interact with executives, clients, partners and public institutions.
• Relationship‑driven with a passion for building long‑term partnerships.
• Highly proactive, self‑motivated, customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
