Sales Assistant

About the role

MS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Sales Assistant to strengthen the efficiency of its sales operations. You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the sales team, ensuring high‑quality, compliant responses to tender opportunities and smooth coordination with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse public and private tender documents, extracting administrative and technical requirements.
• Collect and consolidate information from technical, financial and administrative teams.
• Draft, format and prepare commercial and administrative bid documents, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate response deadlines with the BID Manager and Finance department, and submit bids via electronic platforms or physical delivery.
• Track tender outcomes, maintain structured archives and update tracking dashboards.
• Support the sales team with administrative, logistical and organisational tasks, including preparing presentations and meeting materials.
• Update customer databases and CRM systems, manage calendars, travel arrangements and identify/remove bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales administration or support.
• Mandatory experience handling Request‑For‑Proposal processes for public or private tenders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
