Restaurant Manager

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager you will lead the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional hospitality. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, maintaining product standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hilton’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outlet operations including guest service, product quality, inventory management, cost control, budgeting and compliance with policies.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations and foster a high‑performing team.
• Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives, up‑selling techniques and promotional activities.
• Lead recruitment, interview candidates and train new staff to uphold service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
