About the role

The Store Manager will lead a boutique located in the centre of Tunis, overseeing a team of makeup artists and sales assistants. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Set individualized objectives for team members and monitor achievement.
Organise monthly and opening‑brief meetings to communicate updates.
Supervise all store activities in line with company policies and procedures.
Define sales targets and implement strategies to meet them.
Develop and maintain a customer database to foster loyalty.
Plan regular inventory checks, control stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
Handle administrative tasks related to store management.

Required profile

Formal training as a field manager.
2 to 3 years proven experience managing a retail point of sale.
Experience leading a retail team, preferably in cosmetics.
