Remote UI/UX Designer – Full‑time

About the role

Invesp is seeking a full‑time remote UI/UX Designer to create user‑centric digital experiences that drive conversion. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate research insights into intuitive designs and interactive prototypes.

Key responsibilities

• Design mockups and visual design components that enhance usability.
• Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate user flows and interactions.
• Conduct user experience research and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and development teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Assist front‑end developers in implementing designs and maintaining visual consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in User Experience Design with a focus on user needs.
• Strong ability to create engaging, accessible interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization principles and A/B testing tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Mockup creation and visual design.
• Prototyping tools for outlining user flows.
• Front‑end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to collaborate with developers.
• Experience with A/B testing tools.
