Remote Recruiter for US Operations

About the role

Deerfield Logistics LLC, a growing U.S.-based logistics firm, is seeking a proactive Remote Recruiter based in Tunisia. You will lead the hiring pipeline for our U.S. operations, guiding candidates from outreach through onboarding while quickly learning our core logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruiting: source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles supporting U.S. operations.
• Create and manage job postings on major job boards and social media platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Track candidate interactions, statuses, and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required profile

• Based in Tunisia and able to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM local time to align with U.S. business hours.
• Exceptional U.S. English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Comfort with standard office software, e.g., Microsoft Office.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline recruitment processes.
