About the role
We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our remote sales team as B2B Sales Development Representatives. You will focus on outbound outreach to small and medium‑size business owners, promoting AI tools, automation services, and custom software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective business owners.
- Qualify leads and handle objections.
- Set and confirm appointments for senior sales staff.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain pipeline records.
- Sell AI and automation solutions by presenting demo materials.
Required profile
- Confident, disciplined and resilient with a strong desire to improve in sales.
- Comfortable making calls, hearing “no,” and taking feedback.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process and stay organized.
- Open to students, recent graduates, junior or senior salespeople, call‑center agents, and appointment setters.
