QHSE Assistant

About the role

The QHSE Assistant will support the QHSE Manager in the administrative, operational and coordination tasks related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. This role contributes to the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the QHSE management system within an energy‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of administrative QHSE files.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on QHSE matters.
• Assist in updating QHSE documentation and procedures.
• Support awareness campaigns on safety rules for all personnel.
• Handle purchases, negotiations and ordering of safety‑related supplies across multiple countries.
• Organise mandatory safety authorisations and training programmes internationally.
• Maintain stocks of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work clothing, ensuring availability.
• Contribute to HSE communication and awareness initiatives for the workforce.
• Prepare and distribute relevant QHSE communications and reports.
