Professional Education Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Professional Education Trainer to join our Professional Education team. You will play a key role in developing apprentices in mechatronics, electronics, and industrial engineering, combining technical expertise with coaching to build a highly skilled workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, deliver, and monitor technical training programs in mechatronics, electronics and related engineering fields.
• Coach, mentor and support apprentices throughout their learning journey, fostering both technical and professional competencies.
• Evaluate trainee performance, identify development needs and implement improvement measures.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of curricula, learning content and educational concepts.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure effective practical training and apprentice deployment.
• Support recruitment and selection activities for apprentices.
• Build strong relationships with schools, teachers, parents and external educational partners.
• Participate in audits, assessments and training quality reviews to ensure educational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of professional experience in electronics, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance or technical training environments.
• Solid knowledge of mechatronics, electronic systems, industrial equipment and production technologies.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire young talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel between company plants and training locations.
