Pool Cleaner

About the role

The Pool Cleaner is responsible for servicing and maintaining swimming pools, fountains, and spa facilities at a luxury resort. The role ensures water quality is safe and clean for guests during designated operating hours.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain public swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps, and related equipment.
• Maintain proper chemical balance (pH and chlorine) to ensure high water quality.
• Repair and service electrical and mechanical components such as pumps and filters.
• Keep accurate manual or automated records of all activities and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Operate and inspect tools and equipment, performing minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Follow all safety and security policies to maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in pool or related facility maintenance, preferably with Four Seasons or a similar organization.
• Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.

Required skills

• Pool water chemistry (pH and chlorine management).
• Pump and filter system maintenance.
• Electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
