PMO Leader

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Leader to drive effective resource and risk management while fostering collaboration across the organization. The role will establish and maintain project management methodologies, processes, and standards, providing guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Allocate resources—including personnel, equipment, and budget—to projects and manage inter‑project dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, delivering regular status updates and reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to minimize negative impacts.
• Provide training and support to project managers and team members on project management methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project and program management within an industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing large teams (more than 20 persons).
• PMP or PMg certification is a plus.
