PLM Applications Administrator Apprentice

About the role

FORVIA Informatique Tunisie is seeking a motivated PLM Applications Administrator Apprentice to join its Global System Services & System Operations team. You will support the industrialisation, administration, and continuous improvement of PLM and related production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the industrialisation of PLM applications to meet service level targets.
• Administer centrally installed applications, manage changes, and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Ensure compliance with application lifecycle and business continuity standards.
• Act as technical lead for infrastructure and application projects.
• Support, monitor, and report on EIT/PLM applications and other critical production systems.
• Track application performance, stability and reliability, producing business‑oriented reports.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and structured change‑management aligned with FES standards.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on existing production applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.

Required skills

• Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) – service management, PowerShell scripting, event analysis.
• Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE) – service management, log analysis, Bash scripting.
• Application servers: Apache Tomcat, SFTP/FTPS.
• DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Docker, GIT.
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle – querying.
• Security & networking basics: SSL/TLS, LDAP/SSO, firewall, DNS concepts.
• Scripting for automation: Python, PowerShell.
