Method Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Method Engineer to ensure our manufacturing and shipping operations run efficiently and meet both factory and management specifications. Based in Mohamdia, the role will focus on optimizing processes, evaluating equipment usage, and establishing best practices across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all processes and functions under your control operate correctly and efficiently.
• Optimize overall operational efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate processes, systems, and equipment to maximize usage.
• Establish and promote best practice standards.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Deep knowledge of relevant operations areas.
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based software.
• Basic knowledge of analytical software packages.
• Understanding of ISO 9000 or similar quality management systems.
