Medical Representative - Tunis

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Julphar’s pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare providers in Tunisia. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers make informed buying decisions by presenting therapeutic solutions that meet their needs while upholding the company’s professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets within budget and timelines.
• Execute the sales and marketing plan, including territory coverage, call frequency, and visit scheduling.
• Organize audio‑visual activities for healthcare providers in coordination with the direct manager.
• Maintain daily reports, customer profiles, and marketing feedback records.
• Stay updated on the latest clinical data and present it effectively to health professionals.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the manager.
• Utilize company promotional tools and free medical samples to achieve targets.
• Prospect new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and persuasive abilities.
• Strong time‑ and territory‑management skills with a self‑motivated, ambitious attitude.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive mindset.
