Media Buyer Lead – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a high‑level Media Buyer Lead to drive paid advertising strategies across multiple eCommerce brands. This full‑time, onsite position requires a blend of performance insight, creative strategy, and data‑driven decision‑making to fuel profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid advertising initiatives on Meta, TikTok, and other acquisition platforms.
• Build, test, and scale winning campaigns while optimizing budgets.
• Analyze KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and customer journey data.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, editors, and content teams.
• Develop testing frameworks for hooks, angles, creatives, and offers.
• Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Help structure and improve internal advertising systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Meta Ads (TikTok Ads a plus).
• Deep understanding of direct‑response marketing.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience scaling eCommerce brands.
• Creative and marketing sense with a performance‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively.
