MarTech Lead

About the role

ITRS is seeking a MarTech Lead to own and evolve its marketing technology stack, operational infrastructure, and reporting framework. Based in Tunis with a hybrid schedule, you will report to the Revenue Operations Systems Lead and work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and RevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end MarTech ecosystem, including Pardot, Salesforce integrations, enrichment platforms and other tooling.
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure for campaigns – email nurture programs, lead scoring, routing rules, SLA monitoring and attribution models.
• Ensure clean, reliable data across systems through deduplication, field mapping, lifecycle stage management and integration health checks.
• Create scalable processes and documentation so the marketing team can operate consistently.
• Design and own the marketing reporting framework covering funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, channel performance and campaign ROI.
• Develop dashboards used by senior leadership, the CMO and CEO for commercial decision‑making.

• Individual contributor role with no managerial responsibilities.
• Reports to the Revenue Operations Systems Lead and collaborates with Revenue Operations, Marketing and RevOps.

Required skills

• Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce integration experience.
• Marketing automation and campaign orchestration.
• Data hygiene, deduplication, field mapping and lifecycle stage management.
• Building attribution models, lead scoring and routing rules.
• Designing and delivering reporting dashboards for senior leadership.
